A new portal for submitting requests to CCF

March 26, 2026 — Important changes in the CCF request submission process

From 10:00 a.m. Central European time on Thursday, March 26, 2026, all requests related to access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data must be submitted exclusively through the new secure online portal. This portal was designed to simplify and speed up the process of submitting requests and ensuring reliable information exchange.

Features of the new portal:

The portal offers a wide range of functions that will significantly improve the interaction between applicants and the Commission. It allows you to:

  • Submit requests for access to personal data, their correction and/or deletion.
  • Submitting an application for review of the Commission’s decisions.
  • Tracking the status of current requests during their review.
  • Access to messages and supporting documents exchanged between applicants and CCF during request processing.
  • Familiarization with the Commission’s decisions on the stated issues.

What has changed?

From the moment the new procedure comes into force (March 26, 2026, 10:00 CET), the portal will become the only official channel for submitting requests to the CCF. Requests sent by e-mail or regular mail will no longer be accepted, except in cases where the Commission determines exceptional circumstances allowing the use of other means, as provided for in Rule 25(2) of the CCF Rules of Procedure.

Applicants with ongoing inquiries will receive updates on their questions by e-mail according to the previous procedure. In the future, all pending cases will be transferred to a new portal, and applicants will be notified of the process.

How to use the portal?

The new portal will guide users through the entire application process, starting with the necessary documents and ending with detailed instructions on how to apply. A special form of assistance is provided to resolve technical issues.

More detailed information and guidance on current requests will be provided shortly.
