This portal was designed to simplify and speed up the process of submitting requests and ensuring reliable information exchange. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"589\">Features of the new portal:<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"711\">The portal offers a wide range of functions that will significantly improve the interaction between applicants and the Commission. Requests sent by e-mail or regular mail will no longer be accepted, except in cases where the Commission determines exceptional circumstances allowing the use of other means, as provided for in Rule 25(2) of the CCF Rules of Procedure. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1772\">Applicants with ongoing inquiries will receive updates on their questions by e-mail according to the previous procedure. In the future, all pending cases will be transferred to a new portal, and applicants will be notified of the process. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1804\">How to use the portal?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"2040\">The new portal will guide users through the entire application process, starting with the necessary documents and ending with detailed instructions on how to apply.
